• Contact Chapters in your area -
  When you use the Chapter Search on this web site and you are logged in as a member, you are given the option to quickly contact any chapter in your area. Click the "contact this chapter" link and a simple form will pop up. All you need to do is click the option that tells them you are having an event and you wish to invite them to attend. Your chapter contact information will automatically be sent to them along with your invitation.

  This form does not allow you to send specific event details, however. To do that, you need to wait for them to contact you and show interest in the event.

• Use the RHS Online Event Calendar -
  Finding Red Hat Society Official and Chapter events has never been easier. Accessed directly from our website, members with Purple Perks can now post their chapter events and see what others in their area (and across the world) are planning! The new online event calendar provides members with:
  • Complete event details, including host and nature of event.
  • An invitation feature to assist the event hostess in contacting members about upcoming events.
  • An event search feature, allowing members to locate events by date, zip / postal code, state / province, or country
  • An RSVP function to email and confirm attendance with the event contact.
  • Automated reminders so you won't forget your upcoming events
