By clicking the "Submit Application" button below, the applicant named above agrees that any Red Hat Society Chapter Logo Usage Contract that is received as a result of this submission will be completed and returned to the Red Hat Society, Inc.within 60 days of its receipt by the applicant and will be considered null and void if this this condition is not met. Any such null and void contract will be destroyed by the applicant immediately.

The above applicant understands that completion of this application does not guarantee that a Red Hat Society Chapter Logo Usage Contract will be granted. If a Red Hat Society Chapter Logo Usage Contract is not granted, the applicant will be given the reason for the Red Hat Society, Inc.'s refusal to grant the application in a timely manner.
