Hi, I sure hope you can help me. I’m a new Queen of 2 years. The Chapter will celebrate its 20th next spring. While trying to check on my members to see if they are indeed Paid. I can’t find them. Example is Queen Beatrice Skaggs a long time member. I go to the Search Member and it comes up with no Member found. I can’t send her an Invite as she doesn’t show up. I know she is paid. I’ve seen receipts. I called RHS asked the tech to move her to my chapter. I was told no the member must do that. I find the new system full of Glitches and unreliable. I keep a roster on my own, and if I can’t rely on the RHS to be accurate I guess There is no way to make sure someone is paid except to ask them for receipts
Many of my members do not want to call the RHS. I used to offer to do it for them. Yes sit on hold too long. But now I’m told they can’t add any members they must do it them selves. Over and over I get asked what does the RHS give me if they can’t even see I’m paid. I open to trying anything if you have suggestions. I feel confident in navigating the system. I have printed out how to instructions. I’d love to hear back from you.
