Come join Red Hat Society at the 2023 – 2024 Rome New Year’s Day Parade Celebration. RHS has become a highlight in the RomeNew Year’s Day Parade, and we are delighted to have been invited-to participate – what an honor!

This event is different from other events because it truly is the experience of a lifetime. Friends and family members are invited to join us. Invited guests will be able to participate in the tours, meals, New Year’s party and more. Oh, the Fun We’ll Have!

Participation in The City of Rome New Year’s Day Parade on January 1st 2024. The official Rome New Year’s Day Parade presented under the auspices of the Mayor of Rome and the City’s Special Events Directorate. The Parade has a fabulous route that begins and ends in the focal point of all Roman celebrations, the Piazza del Popolo. The route includes via del Corso, Via Condotti, and the famous Spanish Steps. All transportation from the hotel to and from the performance venue is included.

What’s Included in the Package

Round trip economy class air travel on a scheduled airline from your selected USA gateway to a Rome airport: Fiumicino Airport (FCO) or Ciampino Airport (CIA).
Six (6) nights accommodation in a superior first class hotel in Rome. Accommodation in twin or double-bedded rooms, but MUST pay pay a surcharge for a room for single occupancy.
Full Italian buffet breakfast with a wide range of hot and cold items served each day – 6 breakfasts.
A welcome reception followed by a three course dinner on your day of arrival.
A three course dinner including wine and soft drinks to be served in restaurants in or near your hotel, or in locations fitting your touring itinerary on four occasions.

DETAILS

To secure your spot on this trip, an initial deposit of $1,000 USD is required, of which $250 USD is non-refundable. The second payment of $1,475 USD is due on May 15, 2023, and the final payment of $1,475 USD plus the RHS admin fee of $129 USD is due on or before October 25, 2023. Please note if you register after May 15th, your first payment will be $2,475 USD, then final payment of $1,475 plus the RHS admin fee of $129 USD is due October 25, 2023.

All deposits paid subsequently become non-refundable on May 1st, 2023, except if there is a warning from the United States Government State Department that you should not travel to Rome on the dates you have booked, or if the Italian Government issues a specific warning to visitors from the United States not to visit Rome over the dates you are contracted to travel. Appropriate refunds will be made in individual cases under the terms of the Travel Insurance Policy that is included in the package price for all travelers. Insurance comes into effect after September 1st, 2023.

Please note that it’s important to make payments on time to avoid any late fees or complications. We recommend setting up a payment reminder or calendar alert to help you stay on track with the payment schedule.

Prices are based on double occupancy. If you choose to have your own room, there will be a single occupancy supplement price of $700 USD added to your package price. Once full payment is made, trip is non-refundable unless claim is made through trip insurance.
